Rex N. Alley was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana and currently resides in Sandy, Utah. He is a junior majoring in political science at the University of Southern California. He currently serves as a research intern for the Skid Row Housing Trust and USC Homelessness Initiative; he is also conducting independent research regarding connections between populist movements and online disinformation in the 2016 US presidential campaign.
