Moreover, mindfulness has been closely related to the concept of &amp;ldquo;acceptance&amp;rdquo; and &amp;ldquo;awareness&amp;rdquo; (Block-Lerner, Salters-Pedneault &amp;amp; Tull, 2005; Cardaciotto et al, 2008).
