				<description>By Lia  Green - This paper attempts to identify the necessary pre-conditions that a country must have in order for its music industry to be strong enough to permeate American charts. Original research was conducted through the examination of past years&#39; Billboard Hot 100 charts in order to identify the countries that have been successful in permeating the American music industry.
