Using OLS, logistic, and tobit regression analysis to identify the determinants of base and bonus compensation of chief executive officers (CEOs), this paper finds evidence of misaligned incentives between CEOs and the institutions' member-owners{ although caution is needed when trying to reach firm conclusions because of the limits of the study.
