<title>Defense of Insanity in Ireland: Present Law and its Application to Psychopaths</title>
				<link>http://www.inquiriesjournal.com/articles/655/defense-of-insanity-in-ireland-present-law-and-its-application-to-psychopaths</link>

Kelly - Section 1 of the Act defines &amp;ldquo;mental disorder&amp;rdquo; very vaguely as including &amp;ldquo;mental illness, mental disability, dementia and any disease of the mind, but does not include intoxication.&amp;rdquo; From the wording of the legislation, it appears that the list is not inclusive.
