What do I mean by saying, &amp;ldquo;intervening in weak countries?&amp;rdquo; A weak country is a country not capable of preventing a United States invasion, where we can successfully at least take over key cities. So we are not talking about China or Russia, we are not talking about Brazil, or South Africa.
